By accessing or using the IGNIYTE platform — including our website, mobile application, and any related services — you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and R.K. Study Hub, the operator of IGNIYTE.

If you are a parent or legal guardian enrolling a minor (under 18 years), you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these terms on behalf of your child.

IGNIYTE provides the following educational services:

• Coaching classes for GSEB, CBSE, and ICSE boards (Classes 4–12)
• Digital learning platform with interactive content and study materials
• Online and offline tests & assessments
• AI-powered features including doubt solving, smart recommendations, and performance analysis
• Gamification system with coins, XP, Battle Quiz, leaderboards, and rewards
• Parent portal for real-time tracking of student progress, attendance, and fee management
• Communication tools including notifications, SMS alerts, and in-app messaging

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service with 30 days prior notice to active users.

• IGNIYTE serves students in Classes 4 through 12.
• Each student is assigned one account. Multiple accounts per student are not permitted.
• You must provide accurate and complete information during enrollment. Providing false information may result in account termination.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your login credentials (OTP-based authentication).
• Account sharing is strictly prohibited. Each account is personal and non-transferable.
• Students under 13 years of age require direct parental consent and supervision for account creation.

Refund Policy

By using IGNIYTE, you agree not to:

• Share or distribute exam papers, test questions, or answer keys
• Harass, bully, or abuse other users in Battle Quiz or any communication channel
• Attempt to hack, exploit, or reverse-engineer the platform
• Use bots, scripts, or automated tools to earn coins, XP, or manipulate rankings
• Upload or share inappropriate, offensive, or illegal content
• Record, screenshot, or redistribute live or recorded classes without permission

• All content on IGNIYTE — including course materials, videos, quizzes, graphics, and software — is the intellectual property of R.K. Study Hub, unless otherwise stated.
• You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, personal-use license to access content for educational purposes only.
• Redistribution, reproduction, or commercial use of any content is strictly prohibited without prior written consent.
• The IGNIYTE name, logo, and branding are registered trademarks of R.K. Study Hub.
• Content generated by students using AI features (e.g., doubt solving, notes) belongs to the student who created it.

• IGNIYTE Coins and XP have no monetary value and cannot be converted to cash.
• Coins may be redeemed for merchandise, discounts, or special privileges as offered by IGNIYTE from time to time.
• Coins and XP are non-transferable between accounts and cannot be exchanged for cash.
• Any attempt to manipulate, exploit, or cheat the gamification system will result in suspension and forfeiture of all earned rewards.
• Battle Quiz ELO ratings are for fun and engagement only — they are not official academic assessments.
• IGNIYTE reserves the right to modify the gamification system with 15 days prior notice.

• IGNIYTE does not guarantee specific exam results or academic outcomes. Success depends on individual effort, consistency, and multiple factors beyond our control.
• We target 99% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance.
• Links to third-party websites or services are provided for convenience only. We are not responsible for their content, privacy practices, or availability.
• AI-powered features (doubt solving, recommendations, analytics) are assistive tools and should not be treated as a substitute for teacher guidance or professional advice.

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us at support@gyaniq.in. Refund eligibility upon termination will follow our refund policy.

By IGNIYTE

We may suspend or terminate your account for:

• Violation of these Terms of Service
• Abusive behavior towards staff, teachers, or other users
• Non-payment of fees beyond the grace period
• Court order or legal requirement

We will provide 7 days written notice before termination (except in cases of severe violations requiring immediate action). You may appeal the decision within 7 days.

• These terms are governed by the laws of India.
• In case of any dispute, both parties shall first attempt mutual resolution through discussion.
• If unresolved, disputes shall be settled by arbitration in Gujarat, under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.
• The courts of Gujarat shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
• For claims under ₹50,000, either party may approach the consumer forum for resolution.
